“Can You Tell”? (Delaware Center for Horticulture)

Here’s this week’s “Can you Tell?” I loved the DCH garden, it was full of fun materials and artwork. Like last weeks CYT there is random plethora of fun elements. I suppose it would be better just to show you than the try to explain though… :)
